Extrication in Silver Spring

One man was seriously injured in a two-car accident on Dennis Avenue, just east of Georgia Avenue, in Silver Spring on Saturday, July 10th, 2009.

The victim was trapped in the cab of his truck for about 10 minutes as crews from Silver Spring and Bethesda Chevy Chase performed the extrication. He suffered serious injuries including what appeared to be an arterial bleed from his arm.
